With the title of “Inverter Doctor” by the customer, we would like to send to you the program “Preventive Maintenance” to help you save more than 66% of the cost of having to buy a new inverter frequently and ensure the machine is always in the best operating condition.

Real story: most of the famous manufacturers like Yaskawa, Mitsubishi, ABB, Siemens, etc. design at B frequency which can work well for 5 years (or 40,000 hours) and the failure rate is about 15 years. However, according to our statistics in the Vietnam market, the failure rate is 15% / 3 years. That is, for every 100 inverters sold, after 3 years there will be 15 damaged machines. The main causes of early failure of the inverter are listed as follows:

Operating environment: hot, high humidity, dusty, oil vapor.

• Poor quality of power grid, large surges/drops, many noise pulses
• Rewinding motor has poor insulation resistance
• The inverter is designed in the direction of cheap price to compete

Our “Preventive Maintenance” solution: just invest up to 5% of the inverter’s value, you will cut 66.67% compared to the cost of buying new through the following example. A factory has:

• 20 machines 15kw inverters have been used for 3 years.
• 01 machines is priced at 30 million
• After 3 years, the number of broken machines is 20 machines x 15% = 3 machines
• Amount to buy new is: 30 million x 3 = 90 million.

If you do “preventive maintenance”, the maintenance cost will be:

• 20 machines x 30 million x 5% = 30 million.
• So the amount to be cut is 90 million – 30 million = 60 million, equivalent to 66.67%, and at the same time, your machinery is guaranteed to always be in good working condition.
