With the concept “i3- Mechatronic” is a synthesis of three concepts that go together and interact with each other: “Integration”, “Intelligence”, “Innovation”. This is a completely new solution concept to match the long-term direction and development of \u00a0Yaskawa\u00a0 in the new revolution of industrial automation.<\/span><\/div>\n

The new solution will allow manufacturers to access the robot controller using the machine controller’s program when the servo control system and the industrial robot work together. It supports the MP3000 series of machine controllers ( MP3200 and MP3300 ) as well as the Servo Pack\u00a0 \u201cInternal Controller Integration \u03a3-7C \u201d.<\/p>\n

Control of the robots will be performed using functions that support communication protocols.<\/span><\/strong>The solution to control the robots by implementing a communication protocol support function\u00a0 called \u00a0MotomanSync I\/F\u00a0(A feature to control the robot from a host computer) under the ladder program in the machine controller. In fact, we do not need to program the robot controller, the signal is fed into the response system by repeated communication of the request to send or receive data from each robot.<\/p>\n

Yaskawa\u00a0<\/a><\/strong>provides the necessary functions to control the robots as one of the standard features for the MP3000 series machine controllers. It executes a command of movement continuously, and connects one location to another smoothly. In addition , it allows to build a simple robot teaching function from the touch panel connected to the machine controller using the JOG function .<\/span><\/p>\n
